Over the past 8 years Aaron has navigated the challenges of a dynamic healthcare landscape while providing compassion, understanding, and care. Alongside his professional journey, he has navigated his own mental health challenges, embracing growth and resilience along the way. Family is his anchor, especially his daughter, whose energy and love inspires him every day. When he is not working, you’ll find Aaron exploring the great outdoors- hiking, camping, and soaking in nature’s beauty with his 3 adorable dogs or immersing himself in his love for the epic world of Lord of The Rings.
