Sarah Riley

Sarah Riley serves as the Director of Operations and Business Development for Birch Tree. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Tulsa in 2009 with a BA in Communication. She comes with an extensive corporate background, working predominantly in Fortune 500 Companies. Sarah is a person in long term recovery and developed a deep passion for working with people on their own recovery journey. In 2019, she left her corporate position to pursue a full-time career serving the Recovery Community. Sarah joined as the Director of Operations in 2024 after understanding Birch Tree and the vision for real change in the St. Louis community and how health care is delivered. Sarah is dedicated to improving client outcomes and quality of care. She currently resides in St. Louis, Missouri where she enjoy spending her free time with her beautiful kids and her dog, Kona.
